Made me think of yourself and I wanted to pop by and say hello. Now pass me the bowl if there's any cream left! PS Haven't gotten truly back into the cooking just yet but I'm doing a little better. Made a nice salad with roast butternut squash, baby spinach and puy lentils. Niall liked it and we felt v healthy. It was a good start!
