Hey EM.

Goat’s cheese, sheep’s cheese, any cheese that is not of the cow and Mr B (and most of his family) say a big fat no. So I take the chance when I can – usually lunchtimes or when we’re out for dinner.

I don’t have that Bill Granger book, as it happens. Oh dear, another one for the list… And there is no such thing as a recipe bore in this house

Ooh that looks lovely. Hubby is a goat’s cheese (and Halloumi) hater, so I often have solitary cheese days. I love sweet/savoury combos too so I’ll be giving this a go. Have you got Bill Granger’s Holiday – he does a fab cherry tart in there. Works every time – interesting pastry made with melted butter too. Oh there I go again, I’m such a recipe bore…. (sorry!) xx

Yep – the separation of work and play would be problematic after a while. I couldn’t do it full time as it would all get a bit chaotic. And, despite what I sometimes think, I would genuinely miss the social contact if I worked from home.

I will eat goat’s cheese any time of the day or night – but it’s a solo pleasure as Mr B thinks it’s revolting stuff. That just means more for me

That looks yummy. I worked from home for a couple of years when I started my business. the up side was I had time to clean and think about supper- the down side was no separation between work and home – starting work in a dressing gown or running late into the evening. Now I have the best of both worlds – an office about 250 m from my flat. The down side was I had to buy two of nearly everything

It’s a bit of a luxury and I love it when I get the chance. Even when I’ve brought something tasty in to work, eating out of a tupperware box just isn’t the same as sitting at the kitchen table with a proper plate.

It only happens once in a while, unfortunately! Although I think I’d miss the buzz of all the sociable folks in my office if I worked from home all the time.

Im lucky to be able to wfh a couple days a week. I love that I can go into my own kitchen (rather than the crappy, dirty, smelly one at work) and make myself a really nice lunch. This sound sooo good.
